I had been hesitant to try anything new as my stove really cherished the Turman. I burned a skid of Northern Max and BOY OH BOY, these pellets held their body weight! I hold the same sizzling warmth output as I did with Turman and minimal to no ash at all. This pellet is as good as Turman, and I will certainly be purchasing far more of Northern Max
